Air Berlin PLC & Co. Luftverkehrs KG (Germany’s second largest airline, after Lufthansa, and Europe’s seventh largest airline in terms of passengers carried) have chosen to use Virtual eTraining solutions in their Cabin Crew training.
The purpose of this online training solution is the location and use of safety and emergency equipment for all types of aircraft operated by Air Berlin.
Norwegian Air Shuttle together with Virtual eTraining Software has been invited present at the Cabin Crew Conference at the world’s biggest gathering of aviation training professionals, WATS (World Aviation Training Symposium), 1st April to 3rd April in Orlando.
The topic is “Case Study – 360° e-Learning Project” in Aviation Training. The presentation will focus on how the airline Norwegian Air Shuttle improved, modernized and contracted the path for future cost savings in Cabin Crew Training through the development of a world unique online Cabin Crew Recurrent Training course based on a virtual 360 degree training environment.
Virtual eTraining Software will be participating for the third time as an exhibitor and speaker at the Cabin Crew Conference together with Norwegian Air Shuttle at WATS 2014 – the largest aviation training symposium and trade show.

Virtual eTraining will be participating for the second time as an exhibitor at WATS. WATS 2012 was the 15th annual world airline training conference was hailed as a great success with nearly 900 attendees from 47 countries representing 90 airlines, 16 national and international regulators and 70 exhibitors.
Norwegian Air Shuttle has chosen the Virtual eTraining concept to replace part of their classroom training for cabin crew. It will be used for aircraft familiarization, First Aid and Emergency Procedures Training.
We will be presenting our experiences with training the new generation of aviation crews, as well as showing off some of our new products for training in virtual environments.
